By using the words and experiences of those on the spectrum, we can increase the chance of future success for others who are on the spectrum. All consulting is based on the crucial principle : ‘First do no harm’. It is my strong belief to not add to the chronic stress that so many people on the spectrum already live with.
Coaching is the opportunity for one-on-one conversations which can be a one off experience or a trajectory of up to ten appointments. Sometimes all it takes is a meeting of minds in order to start to think differently about yourself and your potential.
